✔업라인이 아닌 리더로~~
Not just Uplines But Leaders  
 
리더는 문제가 생겼을시 해결하려 하지만
업라인은 시간이 답인듯 무시 합니다.
Leaders try to solve any problem but
Uplines ignore it over time. 
 
리더는 파트너들의 의견을 늘 경청하지만
업라인은 자기 주관대로 행동합니다. 
Leaders listen to the partners well but
Uplines do whatever he wants.
 
리더는 행동에 앞서 멀리 앞을 내다 보지만
업라인은 한치앞도 바라보지 못합니다. 
Leaders can see further but
Uplines can't see anything.
 
리더는 진심을 통해 신뢰를 얻어내려 하지만
업라인은 환심을 얻기위해 노력합니다. 
Leaders try to receive trust from truth but
Uplines try to just seduce others.
 
리더는 때로는 과감한 판단도 내리지만
업라인은 손해득실을 먼저 따집니다. 
Leaders can judge in no time but
Uplines only concerns profits.
 
리더는 마음으로 울어주고
업라인은 거짓 웃음을 지어줍니다.
Leaders can cry from the heart but
Uplines smile a fake smile. 
 
리더는 모두의 화합을 이끌어낸 팀웍을 만들고
업라인은 서로간의 이간질을 조장합니다. 
Leaders make harmonious teamwork but
Uplines make conflicts one by one.
 
리더는 진실앞에 당당하고
업라인은 진실이 밝혀지길 두려워합니다.
Leaders are confident with the truth but 
Uplines are afraid of the truth.
 
리더에게 파트너는 자식같은 존재이지만
업라인에게 파트너는 돈버는 수단입니다. 
Leaders regard the partners as valuables but
Uplines regard them as tools for money.
 
리더는 어려울때 진정 빛을 내지만
업라인은 어려울때 내 옆에 없습니다. 
Leaders appear when you are weak but
Uplines disappear when you are weak.
 
리더는 말보다는 행동이 앞서지만
업라인은 행동 보다는 말이 앞섭니다. 
Leaders act first before saying but
Uplines say before acting.
 
리더는 목표를 정하고 행동하고
업라인은 욕구를 위해 행동합니다. 
Leaders set goals and act but
Uplines act for the greed.
 
리더는 파트너들과 동등한 입장에서 이야기하지만
업라인은 직급으로 인해 선을 긋고 이야기합니다.
Leaders talk with the partners equally but
Uplines draw a line against them. 
 
리더는 내사람을 만들려하지만
업라인은 내편을 만들려합니다. 
Leaders want true friends but
Uplines want those working for them.
 
리더는 배우려하지만
업라인은 가르치려 합니다. 
Leaders want to learn but
Uplines tend to only teach.
 
리더는 보석처럼 그 자체로 반짝이지만
업라인은 스스로 빛나기 위해 노력합니다. 
Leaders naturally shine like a star but
Uplines artificially try to shine.
 
우리 모두 덕과 의를 갖춘 리더로 탈바꿈 되도록 옛것을 벗어 버립시다.
Let's try to be true leaders with morality and justice, throwing bad thoughts  away.
