#DPRK made its people dead
The weather forecast said 150 ml at night of October 30th. And it rained that way. But the #DPRK said nothing to the residents there and opened its dam. So people died.
And it implemented the 5th Nuclear experiment? What's this? Spending money into unnecessary things and waiting for international support only is #KimJongUn's idea as a leader of #DPRKRegime?
